基于表面纳米化新型吸能结构的设计方法

Abstract:根据局部表面纳米化诱导薄壁管结构的屈曲模态和后屈曲路径方法,提出一种新的吸能结构设计方法.通过优化局部表面纳米化的区域的形状、尺寸和孪晶间距等,实现控制屈曲模式的发展,提高结构的能量吸收和降低最大冲击载荷的目标.结果表明,经优化的局部表面纳米化,不仅可诱导和控制薄壁管稳定渐进紧凑的屈曲模态,而且可以大幅提高薄壁管的吸能效果以及保持原结构的外形.同时也为类似的问题提供一条研究思路.
