摘要:Firms usually adopt non-market strategies to influence outside stakeholders' behavior processes for creating sound and advantageous market environments. Taking industry evolution stage as a bran-new angle and choosing listed companies of China as the object, the paper studies the mechanism impact of non-market strategies on the enterprise performance. On this basis, the paper puts forward academic hypothesis, and conducts the empirical analysis, which fills the gap of empirical study shortage on no-market strategy. ? 2010 IEEE.
