Abstract:In this paper, we learn the concept and advantages of foreign universities by analyzing the differences between the soft research environment of Georgia Institute of Technology and Dalian University of Technology. We aim to provide a reference to the domestic universities for the improvement of soft research environment and the construction of excellent one.
