Abstract: 应用同步辐射X射线成像技术,实现了电场作用下金属合金凝固过程的枝晶生长行为原位观察.自行设计并制作了一套带有电磁扰动的Bridgman定向凝固装置,该装置包括成像样品、电磁扰动装置、加热炉等,能够实现样品加热、微移、电磁扰动等功能.该装置用于北京和上海同步辐射光源的成像实验中,成功获得系列枝晶生长行为及形貌演变图像,原位观察到不同电压、电流、频率的脉冲电场对枝晶形态的动态影响.
