Abstract: Best ternary bulk metallic glass formers A(44)B(38)C(18), A(44)B(43)C(13), A(65)B(25)C(10), A(56)B(32)C(12), A(55)B(28)C(17), A(70)B(20)C(10), and A(65)B(20)C(15) are quantitatively explained using the cluster-plus-glue-atom model. (C) 2013 AIP Publishing LLC.
