Ti-Zr-Ni单相准晶合金的室温力学性能研究

Abstract: 以Ti40Zr40Ni20合金为研究对象,用铜模吸铸法制备出直径为3 mm的致密单相准晶棒,通过维氏显微硬度测定和单向压缩实验方法研究了该合金的室温力学性能.结果表明:Ti40Zr40Ni20准晶具有良好的弹性变形能力,室温弹性应变可达1.25%.同时,它具有相对高的室温硬度(约5.5 GPa),是普通Ti合金的1.5倍.Ti40Zr40Ni20准晶具有低杨氏模量(约43 GPa)和高Poisson比(约0.48)特性,室温单向压缩时主要发生弹性变形,断裂方式为解理断裂,属脆性断裂,其断裂强度为542 MPa.
