硅烷偶联剂改性纳米镍粉及其电磁性能研究

Abstract: The oxide layers of Ni nanoparticles were removed by acid hydrochloric dilute, then modified by silane coupling agents (KH-550). The modified nanoparticles were characterized by activation index, IR etc. The electromagnetic parameters were measured with the method of coaxial wave-guide by Agilent 8722ES microwave network analyzer. The electromagnetic wave losses were simulated with the measured electromagnetic parameters. It is indicated that 5 wt% silane coupling agents is the best concentration for modification of Ni nanoparticles, with which the best dispersion and improved electromagnetic wave absorption were obtained.
