Abstract: Large-scale hydraulic engineering projects are often characterized by long and difficult construction work , during which many factors that tend to hamper the construction progress exist.As such , it is extremely important to make a feasible schedule plan at an early stage of the project.This article is grounded on the Nuozhadu Hydraulic Project to compare the three early -stage schedule plans and identify significant inhibitors of construction progress.Based on these findings , the evalua-tion indicator system for the Nuozhadu Hydraulic Project schedule plans are established , and entropy weight analysis and linear weighted methods are used for evaluation.Additionally , this study con-ducts the variable weight analysis on established indicators , the results of which can serve as the ref-erence for selecting construction schedule plans of other projects.
