Abstract: Concrete dam project is a complex system engineering, and it last for long period usually. In the project implementation process, the project schedule/cost conjoint analysis and integrated management are very important. This article, on the basis of the project cost/schedule for joint analysis, put forward a joint plan based on network technology and earned value method for the duration prediction, which has some theoretical significance for real-time control of construction progress and project completion forecast total duration of the concrete dam and has verified the feasibility of the method through example analysis.
