Abstract: Sn nanoparticles were prepared by DC arc plasma technology. The insitu sulfurization technology was developed to obtain tin sulfides compounds at different temperatures using Sn nanoparticles and pure sulfer as precursor. The phase and morphology of the prepared samples were characterized, and the optical properties of the samples were studied by means of spectrophotometer. The results show that the product obtained after sulfurization at 200℃ is pure bulk SnS. With the increase of temperature, the sample gradually changes into SnS /SnS2 heterojunction nanosheets, and finally transforms into pure SnS2 nanosheets at 400 ℃. During the transformation process, the band gap energy of the material can be adjusted by controlling the sulfurization temperature.
