Abstract: 知识共享,作为知识管理的重点,在企业的发展中起着举足轻重的作用,如何激励员工更大程度共享其知识就成为知识管理者努力的方向。本文在在对知识管理、知识共享相关理论阐述的基础上,结合特征向量法与层次分析法提出综合测评单个员工知识共享的绩效评价模型,为采取激励措施提供了依据。
