Abstract: 随着3C(变化、客户化和全球化竞争)时代的到来,企业开始放弃那种将采购、生产、售等业务完全自营的"纵向一体化"的经营策略,转而和其他企业建立合作伙伴关系,利用外部的资源和能力展开供应链之间的竞争.本文以供应链竞争为背景,提出了一个供应商评价和选择其下游制造商的指标体系.该指标体系从合作绩效(反映制造商的关系管理水平)和内部绩效(反映制造商的业务管理水平)两个角度对制造商进行评价,它适用于处于供应链核心地位或相对优势地位的供应商.文章最后讨论了该指标体系的综合评价方法--改进的灰关联度法.
