Abstract:
系泊系统是保障FPSO运行的关键装备。对于浅海FPSO系泊形式,水上软刚臂式系泊系统被认为是目前最好的系泊方式,广泛应用于我国渤海和墨西哥湾的石油开发领域。在对渤海某FPSO软刚臂系泊系统构建的原型监测系统监测数据分析的基础上,着重分析现场发现的软刚臂受波浪作用的横向振动问题。通过对单点软刚臂系泊系统的理论、ADAMS仿真对软刚臂横向振动问题的分析,确定横向振动的原因为受波浪激励引起的共振行为。进一步构造了1∶16的半物理仿真模型试验系统对其横向振动行为成因进行验证。在保证软刚臂纵向恢复特性的基础上,发展了基于TLD的软刚臂系泊系统减振装置,开展了多个舱位多工况减振试验。试验结果表明TLD减振系统具有有效减小yoke横向振动的能力。
