耦合化学链气化的BIGCC系统性能模拟和(火用)分析

摘要:A model of biomass-based integrated gasification combined cycle(BIGCC)coupled with chemical looping gasification was established using Aspen plus software. Under normal pressure,the effects of gasification reactor temperature,molar ratio of oxygen carrier to biomass,and high/medium/low steam pressures in the steamwater cycle of heat recovery steam generator on the power generation efficiency and exergy efficiency of the coupled system were investigated. Furthermore,the exergy loss,exergy efficiency and power generation efficiency of the coupled system under the gasification pressure of normal pressure and 1.7 MPa were analyzed,which were further compared with the results of a conventional BIGCC system. The results indicate that the system performance was better when the gasification reactor temperature was 750 ℃ and the molar ratio of oxygen carrier to biomass was 0.45. The optimized steam pressure in the steam-water cycle was 13/3.25/0.8 MPa. The exergy loss of the whole system mainly took place in the gasification system and gas turbine system. In general,the power generation efficiency and exergy efficiency of the coupled system were higher than those of the conventional system, and the increase in gasification pressure was conducive to improving the power generation efficiency and exergy efficiency of the system.
