Abstract:以水镁石、多聚磷酸、十二胺为原料,通过对水镁石颗粒进行表面改性包覆多聚磷酸胺制备水镁石/多聚磷酸胺复合阻燃荆,并填充到乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯塑料(EVAC)中,进一步与经过预处理的玻璃纤维(GF)混合得到复合阻燃剂阻燃EVAC/GF复合材料.通过力学性能测试、热重分析、极限氧指数测试、UL94测试等表征手段考察了GF对复合材料阻燃性能与力学性能的影响.当复合阻燃荆质量分数为46%、预处理GF质量分数为4%、EVAC质量分数为50%时,复合材料的LOI为29.2%,拉伸强度为11.93 MPa,断裂伸长率为310.5%,达到UL94 V-0级别.
