Abstract:With the rapid development of the Internet, the Online Science and Technology Cooperation Communities （ OSTCCs）, which are increasingly playing a vital role in the scientific and technological development, are proliferated. Based on a prior concep- tual model for the collective intelligence of online communities, a computer system framework for supporting OSTCCs, which aim at promoting the developments of the communal human network and knowledge network, is suggested. On the basis of social networ- king site and knowledge portal, the suggested framework combines various Web/Web 2.0 technologies in order to provide the com- prehensive support for OSTCCs.
