摘要:In this paper, the accelerated physical aging tests were performed on the injection-molded poly-ether-ether-ketone (PEEK) tensile samples, and the variation law of the yield stress of the samples with physical aging time was derived. Through data fitting, the physical aging model of PEEK based on the evolution of yield stress can be obtained at the reference temperature of 132. Finally, based on this model and combined with the temperature equivalent principle, the yield stress evolution of PEEK samples during injection molding and the following physical aging process can be predicted, and the predictions were verified by experiments. ? 2019, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
