Abstract:恒压过滤常数的测定是化工原理过滤实验的重要内容.一段时间以来,我校学生在化工原理恒压过滤实验中测得的滤饼压缩指数s多数为负数,数据范围为-0.1到-0.8之间,这与s的理论值为非负相矛盾.笔者通过对某学生实验过程的观察和数据处理结果的分析,指出了学生的两个不正常操作是矛盾产生的可能原因;并通过正确操作实验进行了验证,最终确定了主要的原因为计量筒中调零液位清水被倒入滤浆槽和洗涤过程中滤饼的损失;最后提出了该实验操作过程中的注意事项和实验操作改进方案.
