摘要：With the development of information technology,ebank is increasingly used for payment.Based on the TAM and ID theory, this paper explores the effect of usage of e-bank on bank's performance. The bank performance is invided into fianacial and relational performance. The usage of e-bank affacts the fiancial performance by customer share, and affacts the relational performance by customer dependence. This results is helpful both to understand the e-payment academic research and to guidence to e-bank in practice. ?2009 IEEE.
