二硫化钼自支撑电极电化学析氢性能研究

Abstract: 目前电解水制氢性能最佳的催化剂是铂基催化剂,但铂地壳丰度却很低,需寻求性能优异且价格低廉的替代品.二硫化钼是一种有望替代铂基催化剂的高效析氢催化剂.采用溶剂热方法制备了4种不同性能的MoS2,并在其上成功地掺杂了非贵金属Ni和Co,改善其析氢性能.结果表明:仲钼酸铵水热法制备MoS2时,掺入质量分数0.018%的钴,可以将其析氢活性大大提高,在电流密度10 mA·cm-2时的电位由273 mV降到234 mV;当把溶剂水换成N,N-二甲基酰胺(DMF),MoS2具有独特的垂直排列形貌,暴露了更多的硫边位,因此在电流密度10 mA·cm-2时,过电位为220 mV;而在MoS2中掺氟制得的F-MoS2,由于F的掺入加快了其电子传输速率,塔菲尔(Tafel)斜率仅为62 mV/dec.
