摘要：A set experimental device used for supercritical fluid extraction of seed oil was developed. Extraction of oil from crushed Hippophae Rhamnoides L. seeds in supercritical CO2 was made in laboratory condition, and compared with the organic solution extraction. The chemical compositions was tested and analyzed with GC. Solubility of the oil was studied at 303-318 K under 15-30 MPa by using dynamic process. Results show that solubility of seed oils increased with increasing pressure and decreased with the increase of temperature. The solubility is accordant to del Valle's formula with fairly accuracy.
