摘要：This article is in-depth analysis of the the internal advantages and external opportunities based on the back-ground of“201 1 Plan”.Aiming at the difficulties and influencing factors that the collaborative innovation entity faces,u-sing the method of SWOT,it puts forward the suggestions on positive operation and maintaining the sustainable development of the collaborative innovation entities in our country from the reform of mechanism,the support of government policy,the construction of team and the culture innovation of the university.
