Personal Information

副教授、博士生导师,本科毕业于江南大学制药工程专业,后保送至南京工业大学生物化工专业并硕博连读。博士毕业后于美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校从事博士后研究工作并担任ArtisanBio生物技术公司研发科学家。主要研究内容是以生物基产品的高效制备为

目标,聚焦微生物催化代谢调控机制、微生物催化工程化手段等关键科学问题,围绕代谢途径精细化调控、高通量定向进化技术等关键技术瓶颈,系统开展了微生物催化调控合成生物基建筑材料、微生物全局代谢网络多重调控合成生物基化学品、高通量CRISPR定向进化CAR-T细胞等方面研究工作。

主持科技部重点研发项目子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费项目等,参与大连市科技创新基金项目、医工交叉项目等,参与过多项美国能源部项目(DOE)及美国国防先进研究计划局(DARPA)项目。获得大连市紧缺人才、江苏省优秀学生干部、大连理工大学优秀班主任等荣誉称号。发表期刊论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或共同第一作者发表论文18篇,包括Nature communications(1篇,综合性期刊 1区,IF:14.919)Nucleic Acids Research(1篇,JCR1区Top期刊,IF=13.1),Trends in Biotechnology(2篇,工程技术1区,IF= 19.536)Metabolic engineering3工程技术1区,IF:9.783),Bioresource Technology(1篇,工程技术1区, IF:9.642)ACS Synthetic Biology2篇)。以共同作者身份发表国际顶级学术期刊Nature BiotechnologyNature Communications,引用达到1700余次,H-index 22;申请发明专利10余项,其中PCT专利3项。多次参加国内外学术会议,并于第一届先进生物制造国际会议和美国工业微生物与生物技术年会(SIMB)做口头报告,目前担任Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology客座编辑和主题编辑, Frontiers in Microbiology 杂志的评审编辑,中国生物工程学会青工委委员,审稿专业期刊文章40余篇。作为20222024年国际基因工程大赛(iGEM)指导老师获得1项金奖、1项银奖及3项单项提名奖。指导大学生创新创业项目并获得国家级立项,指导大学生获得生命科学竞赛全国二等奖2项及合成生物学竞赛金奖。
