个人简介Personal Profile

      梁智慧,副教授,博士生导师,硕士生导师。2017年于大连理工大学化学工程与工艺(化学工程)专业获得学士学位;2022年于大连理工大学化学工程专业获得博士学位,师从孙冰冰教授;2022-2025年于香港中文大学生物医学工程系(Department of Biomedical Engineering,CUHK)开展博士后研究工作,合作导师 Chung Hang Jonathan Choi 教授,博士后期间获得香港中文大学研资局(RGC)博士后研究奖学金项目(Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme)为期三年的研究资助;2025年11月全职回国加入大连理工大学化工学院。

      主要研究方向包括疫苗佐剂的工程设计、纳米递送体系构建与疾病防治应用。重点围绕疫苗开发与实际应用中的“卡脖子”工程问题展开研究,深度聚焦于佐剂材料精准设计、抗原递送与稳定性调控、免疫调控规律与体内外作用机制揭示,旨在推动纳米疫苗技术与疾病防治领域的研究创新与技术应用转化。相关研究结合化学工程、材料化学、界面化学与免疫学等多学科交叉研究方法,实现了材料精准设计、机制深度解析及纳米佐剂技术突破。研究成果先后发表于Advanced Materials、Biomaterials、Nano Today、Nanoscale、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Vaccine、Frontiers in Immunology等生物材料、纳米材料科学、疫苗技术领域国际知名期刊,共计20余篇,累计影响影子超100,SCI 他引近千次,已获授权专利4项。参与国家重点研发计划项目及多项国家自然科学基金项目。
