林佳奇,教授、博士生导师。国家级青年人才、科技部青年科学家、大连市海外高层次人才。2012年在美国麻省理工学院材料科学与工程系任博士后研究员,2015年在美国麻省理工学院Koch 癌症研究中心Langer实验室任博士后研究员。2018年在BrainCo Inc.任职研发总监。主要从事于核酸药物、纳米生物界面、以及生物传感材料的研究工作。相关工作主要围绕mRNA药物的序列设计与递送、RNA药物的生产工艺与放大、生物大分子的胞内递送方法、以及柔性生物传感器的设计开发等方向。相关成果发表于Nature Biomedical Engineering,Nature Communications,ACS Nano,Nano Letters, Science Advance,Small等多个国际期刊,获得多个国内、国际专利。论文被引用次数超过2700+次,h-index=16。担任Biosensors客座编委。研究成果被Chemical Review、Chemical Society review、Accounts of Chemical research,Nature review drug discovery,Science Daily等期刊和媒体评述和报道。已授权专利4项,公开申请专利20余项。研究成果可应用于多种传染病的预防以及肿瘤、罕见病的治疗,其中针对带状疱疹和RSV的疫苗已经进入临床前阶段,已与多个具有疫苗生产资质的企业开展合作。在生物传感材料的转化方面取得突出成果,开发了半干水凝胶生物电极,解决了当前脑电/肌电采集信号质量差的问题,脑电产品受到了美国宇航局NASA的报道,肌电产品智能假肢被美国《时代》杂志评为2019年度100个最佳发明之一。
