个人介绍:
厉舒祯,河南开封人。副教授,博导。
本科及博士均就读于大连理工大学,2025年3月于中国科学院城市环境研究所博士后流动站出站,进入大连理工大学盘锦校区工作。
长期从事环境微生物和微生物生态学领域的研究。研究流程简单概括为:环境样本(土壤、水体、沉积物等)采集 → 分子生物学实验(提取DNA、PCR等) → 多组学测序(扩增子、宏基因组、宏转录组等) → 生物信息学分析。在微生物(细菌、古菌、微型真核生物等)群落水平上,研究微生物群落的形成机制、生物多样性及生态功能。
近6年(2020−2025)以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文11篇,其他作者SCI论文40余篇,被引2000余次,授权国家发明专利1项。主持青年科学基金项目(C类)[原青年科学基金项目]一项,国家重点研发项目子课题一项,参与项目若干。
目前的研究方向主要为:
1. 海陆交汇关键带微生物群落组成和功能基因的时空分布格局及其演变规律;
2. 微生物驱动的碳、氮、磷、硫等元素循环过程及其对海洋碳汇的调控机制;
3. 基于微生物的河口-海岸-近海系统生态环境治理与修复。

每年招收硕士研究生1−2名,欢迎具有环境工程、环境科学、生态学、微生物学等专业背景的同学报考,尤其欢迎生物信息学专业同学报考。熟悉Linux操作系统,能够用R、Python、Perl等编程语言处理数据,了解扩增子和宏基因组数据分析会大大加分哦~
