Abstract:Under the fierce competition environment, how universities win in the fierce competition, how can the universities grasp opportunities to make greater progress is the thing that this paper cares about. This article, applying the quality competence theory, adopting documental method, inductive and deductive method, shows the feasibility of quality competence theory in universities. This paper also concludes that the quality competence is the core of the university competitiveness, and will be closer to the university reality and more able to grasp the essence of university.
