Biography: 

Wei-Jia Li received his Ph.D. from Beijing Normal University in 2014. From 2012 to 2014, he studied as a visiting student at MIT and Harvard University. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Crete in Greece, collaborating with Prof. Elias Kiritsis. In 2016, he joined Dalian University of Technology as an associate professor. 

Research Interests: 

His research focuses on understanding the universal dynamics of exotic quantum matter through an approach that combines gauge/gravity duality with hydrodynamics and effective field theory. He has published more than twenty papers in leading journals, including Nature Communications, Journal of High Energy Physics (JHEP), SciPost Physics, etc.
