电磁场对Al-1Si合金冷却曲线及凝固组织的影响

Abstract:研究了工频电磁场对水平连铸Al-1Si合金凝固曲线和铸坯凝固组织的影响.通过在水平连铸过程中对合金冷却曲线的测量可知,施加100A的工频电磁场后,合金的开始结晶温度由未施加电磁场时的645℃上升到656.4℃,而且凝固时间缩短,结晶温度间隔变小.施加电磁场后,凝固组织得到了细化,励磁电流值的逐步增大使凝固组织更加细化均匀,但当励磁电流达到120A时,组织又发生粗化现象.
