薄带连铸界面传热热流分析

Abstract: 金属液与结晶辊之间的界面传热热流是影响薄带连铸初期凝固过程的关键.笔者利用自主开发的快速凝固界面传热测试装置,研究了金属液成分、结晶辊材质、结晶辊表面镀层、结晶辊表面纹理形貌和浇注温度等参数对界面换热的影响.研究结果表明:通过控制金属液的成分、结晶辊表面镀层和纹理处理可以有效地控制界面热流.
