交变磁场及铸造参数对铜管坯凝固组织和性能影响

Abstract: 探索了在水平连铸紫铜管坯工业生产线上施加工频交变磁场,考查了磁场强度及铸造参数对管坯凝固组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在交变磁场作用下,铜管坯的凝固组织及力学性能有了明显的改善,各向异性的柱状晶得到了显著的细化,均为细小均匀的粒状晶和等轴晶,当输入电流为50A,铸造速度为0.0042m/s,浇注温度为1150℃,冷却水为1m3/h时,管坯的抗拉强度提高了15.9%,伸长率提高了63.8%。
