Abstract:采用环-盘摩擦磨损试验机研究了表面纳米化前后中碳钢的摩擦振动行为.提出利用小波包变换和奇异值分解提取摩擦振动信号特征的新方法.给出了小波包变换算法及奇异值分解算法,依据矩阵奇异值特征向量,定义了振动信号特征参量,并探讨了特征参量与表面纳米化前后中碳钢摩擦磨损性能的内在联系.结果表明:摩擦振动信号的特征参量可反映表面纳米化中碳钢的摩擦磨损性能.当试验栽荷在50~150N时,表面纳米化处理的中碳钢振动信号特征参量小于未处理的,摩擦磨损性能好;当试验栽荷在200~300N时,表面纳米化处理的中碳钢振动信号特征参量接近或大于未处理的,摩擦磨损性能变差;因此,表面纳米化中碳钢的摩擦磨损性能可通过摩擦振动信号特征参量来评定.
