楼张蓉,2009年7月本科毕业于大连理工大学应用化学(精细化工)专业,2014年7月博士毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所物理化学专业。2015年7月至2018年12月在中国科学院大连化学物理研究所分子反应动力学国家重点实验室1101组工作,先后任助理研究员与副研究员;2018年12月至2022年6月在山东大学(青岛校区)分子科学与工程研究院任副研究员,入选第五批“山东大学青年学者未来计划”;2022年7月加入大连理工大学生物医学工程学院,副教授。
主要从事荧光探针的设计、合成、机理及其生物医学方面的应用研究。利用仿生理念,化学方法模拟谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性中心,发展一系列荧光探针,结合激光共聚焦显微成像技术监测主导生物体内各种生理病理过程的活性氧的动态变化,为药物的筛选及疾病的诊断提供有效的工具。结合DFT/TDDFT计算,深入探究和理解荧光探针中能量和电子转移等动力学过程的本质规律以及结构和功能特性的关系,为开发更多性能优良的检测试剂提供理论支持。
主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,山东省自然科学基金项目1项,分子反应动力学国家重点实验室项目1项。授权国家发明专利2项,在Acc. Chem. Res., Chem. Commun., J. Phys. Chem. C.等国际期刊上以第一作者身份发表SCI论文13篇,唯一通讯作者1篇。其中一篇第一作者论文被选为高被引论文。近几年发表部分论文如下:
