Abstract:Rigid body dynamic model for crank arm telescopic mechanism of container front-handling mobile crane is established using ADAMS software for simulation. To reasonably arrange telescopic hydraulic cylinder, simulation analysis is conducted on stress of telescopic hydraulic cylinder at different hinge points by using Design Study parameterization analysis method in ADAMS software based on the position of hinge point of parametric hydraulic cylinder in anticipation of obtaining its stress trend and reasonable installation location within feasible installation range, thereby improving its stress situation. The results reveal that the hydraulic cylinder is in the best condition when all hinge points of telescopic hydraulic cylinder are close to extreme position of first-level arm, second-level arm and upper flange plate of skid shoe within its feasible installation range.
