基于滑移界面耦合技术的旋转电机磁场仿真方法

摘要:This paper presents a new approach to numerical simulation of the magnetic field produced by a rotating motor based on sliding interface coupling technique.Firstly, the weak formulation of the rotating motor problem is established, in which the Coulomb gauge condition and continuity condition at the sliding interface are both imposed by Lagrange method.Then, the primary variables in the whole domain are discretized by a mixed finite element method;the vectorial Lagrange multiplier at the sliding interface is discretized by edge element method;multi-point constraint method is used to couple the scalar Lagrange multiplier at the sliding interface.By using the proposed method, the unique solution of the magnetic vector potential is satisfied automatically without constructing spanning tree for the nonconforming mesh of the rotating machine model.At last, numerical examples containing a rotating coil with excited current model and a simplified permanent magnet synchronous motor model are used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
