个人简介

朱明浩，大连理工大学经济管理学院工商管理系助理教授、硕士生导师，智慧运营与供应链管理团队成员。2017年获大连理工大学经济学学士学位，2024年获浙江大学管理学博士学位，2025年获香港理工大学博士学位。

本人主要从事实证运营与供应链管理研究，已发表的论文和正在推进的工作聚焦于两个方向：（1）运营与供应链管理中的环境、社会与治理（ESG）议题；（2）运营与供应链风险管理。这两类议题在实践中高度交织，特别是在当前数字化、复杂化和网络化背景下，企业及其供应链如何借助市场与非市场策略开展有效的风险管理，实现绿色、安全、向善运营，持续保持竞争优势。已有研究成果发表于International Journal of Operations & Production Management (ABS4)、International Journal of Production Economics (ABS3)、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (ABS3)等实证运营与供应链管理领域高水平期刊。
