Abstract:
夹点设计法综合换热网络以其对参数要求较低、物理表述清晰等优点被广泛应用。Petri Net因具有很好的并发特性和很强的逻辑表述能力而适合于建立通用逻辑模型。本文基于自组织Petri Net优化综合换热网络。首先,利用Petri Net四则运算模块进行热级联能量辗转计算,确定网络夹点并得到最大热回收和最小冷、热公用工程等信息;然后,基于Petri Net逻辑关系模块描述夹点设计的可行性规则和经验规则,综合得到具有最大热回收及最小冷、热公用工程的初始网络;最终,利用Petri Net路径搜寻与回路识别模块,断裂环路、松弛路径,实现换热网络渐进调优。并通过实例计算说明了以上方法的可行性和有效性。
