Abstract:
中空纤维膜法制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝,是利用中空纤维膜的大量微米级的微孔作为分布器,使碱液透过微孔微量加入到氯化铝溶液中,从而制得高Alb含量的聚合氯化铝(PAC)。这一制备路线可保证原料加入的可控性和连续性,制备成本降低。目前,已有人采用中空纤维膜反应器制备PAC,但对制备过程中各种影响因素的考察不够全面和深入。本实验采用具有聚砜中空纤维超滤膜制备聚合氯化铝,对各个影响因素进行了较为系统地考察,并采用Ferron逐时络合比色法检测PAC产品的Alb含量。
