Abstract:
磺化聚芳醚砜酮(SPPESK)是一种用途广泛的材料,可应用于制备纳滤膜、催化剂和质子交换膜等等。PPESK和SPPESK的分子结构,其合成与表征已有报导。但是当采用现有的水/乙醇分离工艺时,其纯化和产率并不令人满意。主要的原冈是随着磺化度(DS)的提高,SPPESK越来越容易溶解于水中,造成高磺化度的SPPESK的大量流失。为了解决上述的问题,本文采用了N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)-丙酮分离工艺,并讨论了该工艺中两个关键的参数:沉淀剂与聚合物的配比和溶剂与聚合物的配比对分离过程影响。
