摘要：γ–Decalactone(GDL)is an important flavour compound. This review was dealt with the metabolic pathway of fermentation using Yarrrowia lipolytica to produce GDL and the function of the genes POX1–POX6 inβ–oxidation,and the factors for the vield of GDL in the process.
