Abstract:采用柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米CuAl2O4纳米粉体,研究了溶胶凝胶过程中柠檬酸用量、加水量、溶液的pH值、反应温度、凝胶干燥温度等因素对前驱物形成的影响以及热处理温度对CuAl2O4晶相形成的影响.用XRD和TEM对材料的结构形貌进行了分析,利用甲基橙溶液降解前后的浓度变化表征了不同热处理温度下得到的样品在可见光诱导下的催化氧化活性。结果表明,700℃温度下可得到分散性较好的纯相CuAl2O4纳米颗粒,在荧光汞灯(λ>400nm)照射下,对甲基橙120min降解脱色率可达到98%,远高于同实验条件下商品TiO2的可见光活性;实验也表明样品中CuAl2O4纳米晶的形成数量是促使染料光降解的决定因素.
