    Structural health monitoring in Mainland of China: Theories, technologies and applications

    摘要:This paper introduces the advances in structural health monitoring (SHM) made by the researchers in Mainland of China, which include novel sensors, approaches of damage detection and model updating, interpretation of measured data and applications of SHM systems in civil infrastructures. Novel sensors include fibre optic sensing technology-based sensors, nanotechnology-based sensors, corrosion sensors and wireless sensors. A series of methods for damage detection and identification of structural parameters and loads using signal processing techniques, e.g. as wavelet transformation, information fusion and fractal theory are presented. The statistic analysis of accumulated by SHM systems is performed. SHM systems have been implemented a number of bridges, buildings, underground buildings, offshore platforms, tunnels, pavement and pipelines.
