Abstract:为解决运载火箭地面试验过程中弹性边界刚度非均匀导致的实验误差问题,提出了基于刚度等效指标的非均匀刚度弹性边界优化设计框架.首先,针对不同载荷工况,对比真实弹性边界与均匀刚度弹性边界情况下主承力筒壳结构的边界响应,研究刚度等效指标的选取,用以表征结构刚度的非均匀性;然后,以刚度等效指标为设计目标开展非均匀刚度弹性边界结构设计,并给出不同工况下的最优结构设计;最后,基于轴压工况下的非均匀刚度弹性边界最优设计,加工制造非均匀弹性边界结构试件,开展非均匀弹性边界结构原理性实验.实验结果显示,真实弹性边界与结构优化设计的非均匀刚度弹性边界结构的力学响应吻合良好,证明了非均匀刚度弹性边界结构优化设计的可行性.
