摘要：In this paper, sirolimus loaded acrylic resin coatings were prepared on the surfaces of 316L stainless Steel substrates by dipping and spraying methods respectively, the coatings were analyzed by FTIR, SEM and DSC. Further, the in vitro drug release kinetics curves of the drug-eluting stents prepared by dipping and spraying methods were tested and the differences between two methods were discussed. The results revealed some differences in drug distribution between the coatings prepared by dipping and spraying methods. And the drug release rates are different: The drug release rate of coating prepared by dipping method was faster than that prepared by dipping method.
