摘要:To improve the bioactivity of Ti2448 alloy surfaces, porous titania
coating was prepared by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in the solution
containing Ca and P ion and subsequent alkaline treatment. The structure
and properties of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,
scanning electron microscope equipped with energy-dispersive X-ray
spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The amounts of Ca, P
and Ca and P ratio of the MAO coating increase with the increasing of
reaction time, but improvement of bioactivity is not quite obvious by
the single MAO method. The micro-pore sodium titanate (100 nm in
diameter) layer containing OH forms and P element disappears after
subsequent alkaline treatment. The OH on the surface accelerates the
nucleation of hydroxy apatite (HA) in simulated body fluid; the high
amount of Ca ion enhances the growth of HA. Incubated in simulated body
fluid within 7 days, bone-like HA is formed on T20A after 20 min of
oxidation and alkaline treatment, as evidence of preferable bioactivity.
