    摘要:Objective:This study aimed to investigate the effects of MAO treatment with cortex-like coating on osseointegration in rabbit femoral condyle compared with the SLA coatings Ti implants by double fluorescence labeling method.Methods:The cortex-like morphology Ti surface was produced by MAO,The SLA surface was used as a contrast.The surface characteristics were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and contact Angle.Thirty-six threaded implants (18MAO implants and 18SLA implants) were placed in the male femoral condyles of 18 New Zealand White rabbits.For the double fluorescence labeling stain,alizarin red and calcein were subcutaneously injected into the rabbits 13,14 days and 3,4 days before the sacrifice.Double fluorescence labeling method were performed at 4 weeks and 8weeks after implantation.Results:Morphology microstmcture of MAO cortex-like is composed of microscale and nanoscale structure,which have better wettability,there are no differences at 4 and 8 weeks on MAR.The value of MAR is corresponding increased.Conclusion:These promising results indicated that cortex-like coating of Ti surface improved implant osseointegration in rabbit femoral condyle,and formed in accordance with the SLA in osseointegration and has good biocompatibility and will become a good implant modification methods.
