摘要：In this paper, the research progress of chemical synthesis of poly-3-hydroxybutyrates and its copolymers and the application in biomedical fields, such as drug deliver, tissue engineering scaffold and tissue repairing were summarized in details. The prospect for the research and development of poly-3-hydroxybutyrates and its copolymers used as biomaterials are also discussed.
