摘要:Hydroxyapatite (HAP) coating was prepared on commercial pure titanium after polishing and high energy shot peening (HESP) by sol-gel method, after alkali pre-treatment and heat treatment. Employing scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzed the surface morphology, cross-section morphology and component of the coatings. The tensile adhesion strength of the coating was tested by a pull-off apparatus. The trail of dynamic-clotting blood investigated the bloodcompatibility. The influences of HESP on substrate and coating were discussed. The results revealed that HAP coatings were prepared on the two different substrates. High-energy shot peening increase the roughness and surface area of the substrate, which is easier to coat for HAP, enhance the adhesion strength between substrate and coating from 10 MPa of polishing treatment to 30 MPa. And the coating on HESP substrate has more superior anticoagulation properties.
