摘要:In order to study the flow characteristics outside the horizontal tube,this paper carries on the 3D numerical simulation of the jet flow with VOF model by Fluent software. The simulated result showed that the jet flow is divided into inline jet flow and is staggered jet flow as the difference of the Re. The trough appears in the middle of the adjacent liquid column in inline jet flow;while the crest is forming in staggered jet flow. The physical parameters of the liquid influence the liquid film spreading and the distribution of the liquid film thickness. © 2018, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
