屈永倩，工学博士，副教授、“博士后创新人才支持计划”获得者。
主要从事大型岩土工程抗震安全评价方面的研究工作。
主持国家自然科学青年基金1项、博士后基金2项。参与“十三五”国家重大研发计划项目1项，国家自然科学基金重大项目1项、重点基金2项，承担和参与国家重大水利工程和核电工程横向课题10余项，发表录用SCI/EI论文15篇，获第四届全国高等学校水利类专业优秀博士学位论文，大连理工大学优秀博士论文，辽宁省优秀毕业生。研究成果获教育部科技进步一等奖1项、水力发电科学技术一等奖1项、大禹水利科学技术一等奖1项。
